Returns + order issues

We want you to be happy with your order. Because all Shinigami Styles products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or design submission errors.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns or refunds if your item is:

  • Misprinted or not as described
  • Incorrect item sent

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 7 business days.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Worn, stained, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Only confirmed returns will be processed; unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (no freight-to-collect service).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the currency used at purchase.
